Arriving
Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before your first judging assignment. Ask a student volunteer to direct you to the Judges Room. At the Judges Room, you will receive your assignment.
Getting Your Judge Packet
Only 1 packet can be given at a time. If you have back to back assignments, you will be given a 'Fast Pass' to turn in your assignment at the library. Then return to the judge room for your next round. If you have time between your events, you can spend it in the Hospitality Room nearby.
We sometimes have judges that can't complete their full round of judging and need emergency judges. We really appreciate judges that are willing and able to step in when we're in need of a judge.
Completed Judge Packets will be returned to the library.

We appreciate all the time that you volunteer with us! We provide dinner Friday night, as well as snacks and lunch Saturday. All food is bought or prepared by parent volunteers at the host school. If you have specific food allergies, you may need to plan ahead.
